In Tony’s over 30 years of industry experience, he is known for his insight and creative retirement planning. He really enjoys the time he spends with his clients ‘blueprinting’ their financial goals, and helping them find success in designing their futures. “You can’t build a map if you don’t know your destination”.
When it comes to industry experience, Tony has held a number of lead roles with large Financial and Insurance services firms, in the Boston area. His relocation to NH, in 1999, opened doors to hone his skill set with big industry players such as Prudential IFS and Merrill Lynch. Tony has almost a decade’s worth of experience in the formation and building of Wealth Management programs at two large, highly respected, banking institutions. He was later recruited by TIAA to lead a team to develop complex financial plans and strategies for High-Net-Worth individuals in the Higher Education and Medical fields.
With the arrival of 2020, and the Novel Coronavirus, Tony decided to return to private practice and join his longtime friends and colleagues at Brayshaw Financial Group. This provided him the opportunity to return to the ‘community-based’ focus, that he so enjoyed, and felt was missing from his work in the corporate environment. As the newest Partner he brings a strong leadership role to the planning initiatives at Brayshaw Financial. He is be based out of the headquarters in Bedford, NH and the So. Shore, MA in his Plymouth office. He serves the Upper Valley and Monadnock regions of NH out of our Keene office.
Tony holds a Certificate in Financial Planning from Boston University, is FINRA Series 6, 7, 63, and 65 Registered, as well as Life, Health, and Accident Insurance Licensed.
Growing up on the South Shore of Massachusetts, Tony attended private school where he was recruited for Ice Hockey and was a Defenseman for the Bruins affiliate Junior A team in the Boston area. Tony also served in the US Army as a Combat Medic/LPN where he attained the rank of Sargent.
Tony enjoys working with clients out of his New Hampshire and South Shore offices, helping them to identify and reach their life goals.
In his free time, Tony loves spending time with his two High School boys, boating, motorcycling, aviation and playing guitar.
